TheState Revenue Committeeof the Ministry of Finance of the Republic ofKazakhstan informs that as partof theimplementationofcertain provisionsof theTax Codeof theRepublicofKazakhstan (effective January 1,2026), the Electronic Invoices information system (EIS)hasimplementedthefunctionality to reflect the amountofremuneration for forwarders andcommissionagentsin the EIS.
Changeshave beenimplemented intheEIS IP, providingfor thespecificsoffillingoutelectronic invoices (hereinafterreferred to asEIS) when providing servicesby freightforwarders, as wellaswhen carryingoutactivities under contracts,thetermsofwhich correspondto thetermsof thecommission agreement.
Forthesupplier categories "Forwarder" and "CommissionAgent", thefirst lineofsection G "Data on goods, works,andservices"isautomatically generated intheEIS withtheestablished nameof theservice andthesignoforiginof thegoods, works,andservices "6".
