On October 28, 2026, the East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development «Örken» of the Education Department of East Kazakhstan Region held a seminar-workshop on the topic «Author's Vector: From Innovative Idea to Effective Practice» on the basis of the communal state institution «Secondary Multidisciplinary School No. 37» of the Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of the Education Department of East Kazakhstan Region. The event was organized with the aim of disseminating the best pedagogical experience of the winners of the regional competition «Best Author's Program – 2026» among teachers of general, special, and additional education organizations.
More than 80 teachers from general education schools of East Kazakhstan Region took part in the event. The competition winners presented their best practices and shared their work experience:
- Anselm Tatyana Viktorovna, communal state institution «School-Lyceum No. 1» of the Education Department of Ridder city of the Education Department of East Kazakhstan Region, deputy director for academic affairs. Field: educational management (school principals, deputy principals). Topic of the author'sprogram: «Giftedness»;
- Saifutdinova Irina Viktorovna, communal state institution «Regional Specialized IT School-Lyceum» of the Education Department of East Kazakhstan Region, primary school teacher. Field: primary and preschool education. Topic of the author's program: «LEGO construction»;
- Akshabaeva Indira Muratkankyzy, communal state institution «Kurchum Secondary School No. 4 named after N. Ostrovsky» of the Education Department of Kurchum District of the Education Department of East Kazakhstan Region, educational psychologist. Field: psychological service, social pedagogy. Topic of the author's program: «Asyk therapy: ways to increase the cognitive activity of students requiring special education»;
-Alimkhankyzy Indira, communal state institution «Regional Specialized Boarding School-Gymnasium named after Zhambyl for Gifted Children» of the Education Department of East Kazakhstan Region, educational tutor. Field: educational work in lessons and extracurricular activities Topic of the author's program: «Improving the ecological culture of the individual based on national values and the teachings of Abai»;
- Beletskaya Anna Viktorovna, communal state enterprise «Children's Music School No. 1» of the Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of the Education Department of East Kazakhstan Region, violin teacher. Field: teachers of additional education. Topic of the author's program:«Violin»;
- Zhumageldy Raikhan Zhumageldykyzy, communal state institution «Secondary School No. 9 of Altai city» of the Education Department of Altai District of the Education Department of East Kazakhstan Region, biology teacher. Field: natural sciences (chemistry, biology, geography, ecology). Topic of the author's program:«A new format in STEM education: biology based on AR/VR, comics, and artificial intelligence»;
- Akybaeva Nazigul Niyazbekovna, communal state institution «Secondary School named after Abai» of the Education Department of Tarbagatai District of the Education Department of East Kazakhstan Region, teacher of Kazakh language and literature. Field: social sciences and humanities (Kazakh language and literature, Russian language and literature). Topic of the author's program: «Reading literacy»;
- Bolatov Arman Muratkhanovich, communal state institution «Gymnasium named after Kumash Nurgaliev» of the Education Department of Markakol District of the Education Department of East Kazakhstan Region, history teacher. Field: social sciences and humanities (English language, history, basics of law, economics. Topic of the author's program:«Methodological ways of forming students' consciousness and awareness based on the «Historical sites of the Great Steppe»»;
- Manapova Alfiya Sailaubekovna, communal state institution «Privolnoye Complex «Nursery School-Kindergarten» of the Education Department of Ulansky District of the Education Department of East Kazakhstan Region, technology teacher. Field: aesthetic disciplines (artistic labor, music, physical education, initial military training ). Topic of the author's program:«Workshop of Paper Miracles»;
In their feedback, the participants thanked the organizers and speakers, noting that the seminar was very effective and that they received the necessary information. They emphasized the importance of such experience exchange for professional growth.
