Responsible for organizing investment attraction efforts, coordinating project management, participating in PPP projects, organizing tenders and direct negotiations, and signing PPP agreements for local projects.

His duties include the implementation of state programs in tourism, overseeing the timely provision of public services in accordance with established standards and regulations, and liaising with trade facilities to stabilize prices of socially significant food products. He also ensures the expansion of a competitive environment for food product sellers (such as organizing fairs and increasing the number of trade outlets) and creates favorable conditions for agricultural producers to access the consumer market.
