Biography
Graduated with honors from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Oversees investment activities in the city of Astana, coordinates the work of special economic zones (SEZs), and is responsible for the development of tourism, entrepreneurship, industry, trade, exports, and food security.
From 2015 to 2020, worked at NC SEC Astana JSC, advancing from Lead Manager of the Asset Management Department to Managing Director and Member of the Board.
Held the position of Chairman of the Board at SEC Saryarka JSC.
Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, English, and Czech.
Prior to his current appointment, served as Deputy Akim of the city of Karaganda.
