Biography
He is a graduate of the Kazakh-British Technical University and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Oversees the development of the Special Economic Zone (SEZ), industrial development, export promotion, investment attraction, and foreign economic activity.
Responsible for organizing investment attraction efforts, coordinating project management, participating in PPP projects, organizing tenders and direct negotiations, and signing PPP agreements for local projects.
He began his professional career in 2016 as a Manager at JSC NC Astana EXPO-2017. He then spent a year working as a Specialist at the Consulate of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Barcelona. In 2018, he joined JSC SPK Astana, where he advanced from Manager to Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. He currently serves as Deputy Head of the Department for Investment and Entrepreneurship Development.
