Biography
He graduated from the Kazakh University of Economics, Finance and International Trade in 2014.

His duties include overseeing the timely provision of public services in line with established standards, monitoring and analyzing the implementation of development plans by subordinate enterprises, and implementing state policy on public-private partnerships (PPP) within his area of competence..
He began his career in 2014 as an accountant at KSU “Astana Zhastary.” In 2016, he joined the civil service as a Chief Specialist at the Investment and Entrepreneurship Development Department of Astana.
He has significant experience in finance and public procurement, supported by steady career growth to a managerial position.
