Konaev Humanitarian University of Transport and Law with a degree in "Organization of transportation, traffic and operation of transport".

Zhangaliev Kazybek Tulegenovich was born on July 11 , 1985 in the village of Karaul , Abai district , Semipalatinsk region . In 2003 , he graduated from the Ust - Kamenogorsk branch of the Almaty Law College with a degree in Law , and in 2006 he graduated from the S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Law .
