Biography
Sagyndykov Yerkebulan Serikbosynovich was born on April 9, 1983 in the village of Karaul in the Abai region of East Kazakhstan region. He has two higher educations. 2003 – graduated from Semey State University "Teacher of Physical education and sports coach". 2015 – graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian and Legal Innovation University "History"
