Biography
Smagulov Meyrzhan Serikbosynovich was born on April 13, 1987 in the village of Karaul in the Abai region of East Kazakhstan region. He has two higher educations. 2008 - graduated from M. O. Auezov Semipalatinsk University "Accounting and Audit", 2013 - graduated from D. A. Konaev Humanitarian University of Transport and Law with a degree in "Organization of transportation, traffic and operation of transport".
From 13.12.2008 to 20.03.2009, he was a Corporal in Shymkent.
