Biography
Zhangaliev Kazybek Tulegenovich was born on July 11, 1985 in the village of Karaul, Abai district, Semipalatinsk region. In 2003, he graduated from the Ust-Kamenogorsk branch of the Almaty Law College with a degree in Law, and in 2006 he graduated from the S.Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Law.
