Biography
In 2003, he graduated from Shakarim State University of Semey with a degree in “Law and Economics.” In 2012, he graduated from the Kazakh Innovative Humanitarian Law University (now Alikhan Bokeikhan University) with a degree in “Public and Local Administration.” He began his career in 2003 as a teacher of economics and law at School-Lyceum No. 34 in Astana. Over the years, he has held various positions, including Chief Specialist of the Documentation and Control Department of the Semey City Akimat, Head of the Documentation and Control Department, Head of the Organizational and Inspection Department, Head of the Department of Culture and Language Development, and Head of the Department of Control and Documentation Support of the Akimat of Abai Region.
