Biography
Born in Atyrau region.
Higher education, graduated from the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
He began his career in 2011 as a leading specialist in the Department for the Enforcement of Judicial Acts of Atyrau.
2013 to 2016 - Chief Specialist of the Internal Policy Department of Atyrau.
2019 to 2025 - held various positions at the Mangystau Department of State Property and Privatization.
From June 2025 to the present - Head of the Legal Department of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
