Biography
Born on August 31, 1980, in Kyzylorda.
He is an economist and lawyer by education. He graduated from Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University.
He began his career in 2002 as an assistant professor at Korkyt-Ata State University in Kyzylorda. From September 2003 to September 2012, he held various positions. From September 2012 to April 2013, he served as Deputy Head of the Finance Department of the Kyzylorda Region, Kyzylorda. From April 2013 to October 2020, he served as Deputy Head of the Finance Department of the Kyzylorda Region, Kyzylorda. From October 2020 to May 2022, he served as Deputy Head of the Regional Department of Economy and Budget Planning of the Kyzylorda Region, Kyzylorda. From June 2022 to July 2023, he served as Deputy Head of the Economy and Finance Department of the Kyzylorda Region, Kyzylorda.
