Born October 17, 1987, in the Almaty region.
Graduated from the University of International Business in 2011.
Graduated from the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 2014.
Graduated from the University of Nottingham (UK) in 2017.
Graduated from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz in 2020.
He began his career in 2012 as an Acting Expert in the F-2 Department of the Financial Monitoring Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan.
From May 18, 2012, to October 15, 2012, he was an Expert in the F-2 Department of the Financial Monitoring Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan.
From October 15, 2012, to May 13, 2013, he was an Expert-Treasurer in the Payment Operations Department of the Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan.
From May 14, 2013, to August 1, 2014, he was an Expert-Treasurer in the Republican Budget Reporting Department of the Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan.
