Beisenov Sansyzbay Kusaiovich

Born in 1973 in the village of Makinka, Enbekshilder district, Kokshetau region. He is Kazakh. In 1997, he graduated from the Akmola College of Finance and Economics with a degree in financial economics. In 2003, he graduated from the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics with a degree in economics. In 2017, he graduated from the Kokshetau Humanitarian and Technical Academy with a Master's degree in economics and business.

He began his career in 1990 at the Progress state farm in the Enbekshilder district of the Kokshetau region.

From 1991 to 1993, he served in the Soviet Army.

Since 1993, he worked at the Progress state farm in the Enbekshilder district of the Kokshetau region.

1995-1997 - Budget Specialist, Enbekshilder district financial department, Kokshetau region.

1997-1999 - Chief Budget Specialist, Enbekshilder district financial department, North Kazakhstan region.

1999-2005 - Chief Specialist - Chief Treasurer of the Operations Department, Chief Specialist - Chief Treasurer of the Modernization Department, Head of the Internal Control Department of the Territorial Treasury Bodies of the Akmola Regional Treasury Department.

2005-2007 - Head of the Internal Control, Reporting, and Supplier Directory Management Department of the Treasury Department for Akmola Oblast.

2007-2013 - Deputy Head of the Treasury Department for Akmola Oblast.

2013-2021 - Head of the Treasury Department for Akmola Oblast.

From July 26, 2021 to the present, Head of the Akmola Department of State Property and Privatization of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Awarded the medal “Eren Enbegi Ushin”, the anniversary medal “20 years of the Constitution of Kazakhstan”, the anniversary medal “Astana 20 years”, other medals, the badge of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Karzhy Kyzmetin Uzdigi”.
