By Order No. 884-ж/қ of the Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 16, 2023, Ildar Talgatbekovich Khasenov was appointed Head of the Department of State Property and Privatization for the Abay Region of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2020, he was awarded the Jubilee Medal "Kazakhstan Constitution 25 Years" and the "Ereң Enbegi Ushіn" Medal.
