Saydalina Anar Zhumabekovna was born on October 28, 1973, in the village of Yelenovka, Zerenda District, Akmola Region.
She graduated from the Kokshetau Pedagogical Institute named after Ch. Ch. Valikhanov in 1995 and from Turan University in 2001.
She began her career in 1995. She worked as a translator in the Language Department of the Shchuchinsk City Education Administration, then as a chief specialist in the Domestic Policy and Social Sphere Department of the Shchuchinsk City Akim's Office.
She began working at the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1998 as a leading specialist in the Organizational Work Department of the Organizational and Inspection Work Department, then as a chief specialist in the Inspection Work Department of the Organizational and Inspection Work Department.
In 2000, she was appointed Chief Specialist of the Department for Optimization and Reform of Republican State Legal Entities in the Department for Work with Republican State Legal Entities of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2002, she was appointed Head of the Department for Optimization and Reform of Republican State Legal Entities in the Department for Work with Republican State Legal Entities of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2011 to the present, she has served as Head of the Department for Work with Republican State Legal Entities of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
