Born in Atyrau region.
Education: Higher, graduated with honors from the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian University.
She began her career in July 1999 as an acting leading specialist.
2000 to 2019 - held various positions at the Committee on State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2019 to present – Head of the Department of State Monitoring of Property and Trust Management.
