Biography
was born in 1984 in the village of Kulandy, Karakiyan district, Mangistau region.
In 2001 he graduated from the Meirbike Medical College with a degree in paramedic, in 2013 - from the Caspian State University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh. Yesenov with a degree in Construction, in 2016 - from the Caspian State University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh. Yesenov with a degree in Transport, Transport Engineering and Technology.
2005-2022 worked in various institutions and the private sector in positions related to transport services.
2022-2023 worked as a mechanic, deputy director at the PCV "Communal Service" of the akimat of the Tupkaragan region.
From September 2023 to the present, he worked as chief engineer, deputy director of the GKP "Turmys-Service."
Based on the results of the elections on November 2, 2025 and the resolution of the territorial election commission of the Karakiyan region, Nurmaganbetov Abzhet Kuantkanovich was elected akim of the village of Senek.
