Biography
was born on March 24, 1998 in the city of Aktau, Mangistau region.
In 2017, he graduated from the Mangistau Polytechnic College, in 2022 - from the University of Innovative and Telecommunication Systems of Kazakhstan with a degree in construction.
He began his career in 2017 at the Karakiyan District Employment Center as part of the Youth Practice program.
From November 2017 to the present, he worked in the state institution "Apparatus of the akim of the village of Munaishy," held the positions of a leading specialist, chief specialist and deputy akim.
Based on the results of the elections held on May 17, 2026, Tazhibay Әbutalip Bakhtiyaruly was appointed akim of the village of Munaishy, Karakiyan district, Mangistau region.
