Higher education. In 2013 , he graduated from the Caspian State University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh . Yesenova, in 2016 - Kazakhstan University of Innovative and Telecommunication Systems.
He started his career for the first time in 2012 as an inspector of the Karakiyansky district Department of Entrepreneurship.
