In 2021 he graduated from Shymkent University with a degree in fine arts and drawing.
He began his career in 2008 as a drawing teacher at the Zhanaozen Lyceum School.
2015-2018 worked as a teacher of fine arts in kindergarten No. 24 "Ainalayyn" in the village of Kyzylsay, Zhanaozen.
From 2018 to the present, he served as the head of the rural house of culture Bostan.
According to the results of the elections on March 1, 2026, Syrymov Serikkali Shattykovich was elected akim of the Bostan rural district of the Karakiyan district of the Mangistau region.
