Biography
was born in 1985 in the village of Zhetybay, Karakiyan district, Mangistau region.
In 2009, he graduated from the Caspian State University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh. Esenov with a degree in jurisprudence.
He began his career in 2010 in law enforcement.
Since 2012, he held the position of chief specialist, deputy akim of the state institution "Apparatus of akim of the village of Zhetybai."
According to the results of the elections held on December 14, 2025 was appointed akim of the village of Zhetybai.
