Biography
He was born on November 10, 1967, Kazakh, a native of s. Uryl of Katon-Karagay district of East Kazakhstan region, higher education.
In 1992, he graduated from the East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in geography.
He began his career with service in the ranks of the Soviet Army of the Russian Federation, Altai Territory, p. Sibirsky (1986-1988); teacher of geography and biology of the V. I. Lenin secondary school, S. Katon-Karagay, East Kazakhstan region (1991-1996); service in the bodies of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Ust-Kamenogorsk (1996-2017).
On April 18, 2017, he was appointed akim of the Kirovsky rural District of the Glubokovsky district of the East Kazakhstan region.
