Biography
Born on August 28, 1965, Kazakh, native of the village of Alekseevka Markakolsky district of East Kazakhstan region, higher education.
In 2006, he graduated from the Central Asian University with a degree in law.
He began his career as a tractor driver in the village of Karai, Markakol district, East Kazakhstan Region, East Kazakhstan Region (1982-1983); a teacher of technical labor in the Glubokov Secondary School of the Glubokov District (1989); a teacher of technical labor in the Veselovsky Secondary School of the Glubokov District (1989-1995); served in the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1995-2012); acting akim of the Veselovsky rural district of the Glubokov District of the East Kazakhstan Region (2013).
On November 21, 2013, he was appointed Akim of the Veselovsky rural district of the Glubokovsky district of the East Kazakhstan region
