Starenkova Elena Vasilievna

Yelena Starenkova was born on January 14, 1968 in Semey in the East Kazakhstan region. In 1990 she graduated from Karaganda State University, majoring in Russian Language and Literature.

She began her career in 1990 as a teacher of the Russian language and literature of secondary school No. 3 in Karaganda; 1992-1994 - teacher of the Russian language and literature of secondary school No. 2 in Kurchatov; 1994 - 2000 - deputy director for educational work of school-lyceum №2 in Kurchatov; 2000-2001 - Deputy Akim of the city of Kurchatov on social issues; 2001 - Head of the Department of Domestic Politics and Social Sphere, State Institution “Administration of the Akim of the City of Kurchatov” 2004 the head of the apparatus of the akim in Kurchatov, 2004-2016 - Deputy Akim of the city of Kurchatov; 2016-2019 - Head of the State Institution "Office for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of East Kazakhstan Region"
Since March 2019 - Deputy Akim of the Glubokoe District.
