Kadyrbayev Darkhan Dauletkhanovich

Born on July 01, 1979, Kazakh, native of the village of Alekseevka, Markakol district, East Kazakhstan region, higher education. In 2000, he graduated from East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in History of Kazakhstan.

He began his career as a college teacher under an individual employment contract at

the D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical University (2002); a college teacher at the

Zyryanovsky Center for General Technical and Pre-university Training of Students and

Students (2002-2004); Deputy Director for Educational Work at the Ust-Kamenogorsk

Agricultural and Technical College (2004-2009); head of the State Institution "Department of

Physical Culture and Sports of the Zyryanovsky District" (2009-2012); a teacher at the Agrarian

and Technical College (2012); Deputy Director for educational work Agricultural and

Technical College (2012-2014); assistant to the Akim for Civil Defense and Emergency

Situations of the State Institution "Administration of the Akim of the Glubokoe District"

(2014); Akim of the village of Glubokoe of the Glubokoe District (2014-2015); first Deputy

Chairman of the Glubokoe district branch of the Nur Otan Party (2015-2016); consultant of the

Department of Organizational and control Work of the East Kazakhstan regional branch of the

Nur Otan Party (2016-2017).

On April 20, 2021, he was appointed acting akim of the Altai settlement of the Glubokovsky

district of the East Kazakhstan region.
