Grokhotov Pyotr Mikhailovich

Born on July 08, 1961, Russian, native of the village of Vinnoye Glubokovsky district of the East Kazakhstan region, higher education.

In 1989, he graduated from the Siberian Institute of Technology with a degree in forest engineering.
