Biography
Born in 1991 in Taraz, Zhambyl Region.
Graduated from the T. Ryskulov Kazakh University of Economics and the M.S. Narikbayev Kazakh State University of Law.
Began his career as a software engineer at Elit Kurylys Stroy LLP.
2014–2016 — Acting Chief Expert, Chief Expert of the Department of Communications, Informatization, and Information of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2016–2018 — Chief Expert, Head of Department, Deputy Director of the Department of Informatization of the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2018–2019 — Deputy Director of the Department of Digitalization of the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2019–2022 — Deputy Director, Director of the Digitalization Department, Director of the Digital Transformation Department, Director of the Digital Solutions Department, Deputy Chairman of the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation, and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From November 2022 to June 2026, he served as Vice Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From June 9, 2026, he became Vice Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
