Born in 1981 in Almaty.
Graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in International Economic Relations and holds a Master’s degree in Finance from London Business School (UK).
Completed the Eurasia Business Executive & Leadership Program at Judge Business School, Cambridge University.
Career
Started his career in 2002 in the financial sector.
20 years of experience in senior positions in finance, investment projects, and business.
Since 2009, has held various board and management positions in major private and public financial institutions in Kazakhstan.
Since 2023, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC.
Since June 19, 2024, Vice-Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
