Born in 1983 in the Turkestan region.
Education:
Graduated from the South-Kazakhstan State University, named after M. Auezov.
Began his career in 2005 as a manager at Kazkommertsbank JSC.
From 2006 to 2015, worked in the banking system and various commercial organizations.
In 2015, held senior positions in the Department of Entrepreneurship, Industrial Innovative Development, and Tourism of the South Kazakhstan region.
2015-2016 - Advisor to the Akim of the South Kazakhstan region.
2016-2018 - Deputy Akim of the Ordabasy district, South Kazakhstan region.
2018-2021 - Akim of the Tolebi district, Turkestan region.
2021-2022 - State Inspector in the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Member of the Presidential Youth Talent Pool.
Since March 2, 2022, Vice Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
