Biography
Born in 1978 in Akmola region.
Education:
Graduated from North Kazakhstan State University, North Kazakhstan Law Academy and Karaganda State University.
Work experience:
He began his career in 1999 in the Tax Committee for the North Kazakhstan Region.
Over the years, he held the positions of Deputy Chairman of the District Tax Committee, Head of specialized departments in territorial departments and the central office of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2008-2021, he worked as deputy head of the tax departments for the Mangistau, Karaganda, Kostanay and Atyrau regions.
From 2021 to the present, he held the position of Director of the Department of Tax and Customs Policy of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From August 27, 2025 – Vice Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
