Biography
Appointed by order of the Department of State Property and Privatization of Astana of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 34-OS dated January 17, 2023.
Rakhat Seisembayevich Bekbolatov was born on May 17, 1972, in the village of Moyynkum, Moyynkum District, Zhambyl Region.
In 1998, he graduated from the Kazakh State Law Institute with a degree in Jurisprudence.
He began his career in 1989 as a third-class electric welder in the city of Zhanatas.
On June 9, 1992, he worked as a first-category engineer at the municipal enterprise "Khalyk Kazynasy."
On February 1, 1993, he worked as a broker at Firma GUN LLP.
On August 24, 1998, he worked as a legal consultant at the Aktobe branch of Kazagroprombank JSC.
On November 18, 1998, he worked as a chief inspector at the Customs Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On March 28, 2000, he worked as a department head at the State Enterprise "Phytosanitary."
From July 10, 2000 to September 4, 2009, he served as Head of Department, Head of Administration, and Deputy Director of the Department under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On September 14, 2009, he served as Head of Department at JSC "GDU NGPP" "Contract Agency."
On June 23, 2010, he worked as Manager of the Department for the Use of Land Resources and Legal Expertise.
On April 4, 2011, he worked as Category 1 Manager at PSA LLP.
On June 17, 2014, he served as General Manager of United Chemical Company LLP.
From June 19, 2017 to December 31, 2019, he served as Director of the Legal Department and Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Housing and Utilities Development Fund JSC of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On February 24, 2020, he served as Head of the Legal Department of Yelorda Kurlys Kompaniyasy LLP.
On January 20, 2021, he served as Chief Expert of the Association of Precious Metals Producers.
From October 5, 2022 to January 16, 2023, he served as Deputy Head of the Almaty Department of State Property and Privatization.
Since January 16, 2023, he has held the position of Deputy Head of the Astana Department of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
