Career
Mukhanov Zhanat Mukhanovich was born on July 20, 1992 in the village of Tugyl, Tarbagatai district, East Kazakhstan region.
In 2008, he graduated from the 9th grade of the O. Bokey Lyceum School No. 44 in Ust-Kamenogorsk.
In 2008-2011, he studied at the College of Economics and Finance in Astana.
In 2011-2014, he studied at the T. Ryskulbekov Kazakh University of Economics with a degree in Finance and received a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business.
He started his career on September 06, 2017 as the chief specialist of the Financial and Economic Department of the State Institution "Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the East Kazakhstan region", Ust-Kamenogorsk.
On June 18, 2019, he worked as the chief specialist of the Goods Classification Department of the Tariff Regulation and Non-Production Payments Department of the State Revenue Department for the East Kazakhstan region.
On November 03, 2020, he was appointed Chief Specialist of the Department for dealing with property received on separate grounds of the East Kazakhstan Department of State Property and Privatization of the KGIP of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On January 19, 2022, he was appointed Head of the Property Management Department of the East Kazakhstan Department of State Property and Privatization of the KGIP of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On April 05, 2023, he was appointed Deputy Head of the East Kazakhstan Department of State Property and Privatization of the KGIP of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
