Born in 1985.
Education:
• 2002–2007 — Academy of the Federal Protective Service of the Russian Federation.
• 2012–2014 — Kazakh Humanitarian Law University.
• 2021–2023 — Nazarbayev University.
By Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 2, 2023, was awarded the medal “ For Military Valor”.
Professional Experience:
• Since 2007, served in various officer and managerial positions within the personnel structures of the special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the fields of information security, personal data protection, telecommunications, and informatization.
• From May 2025, held the position of Vice Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Since October 2025, has been serving as Vice Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
