Biography
Rostislav Konyashkin was born on September 4, 1989, in the Zhambyl Region.
He graduated from Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, and Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilev
He started his career in 2011 as a consultant to LLP "ERP-Service "KazTransCom".
In 2011-2012, he was a project consultant for the enterprise JSC "Intergas Central Asia" and JSC "Kaztransgas" LLP "ERP-Service "KazTransCom".
In 2012-2014, he worked in various positions at Astana Innovations JSC.
In 2014-2015 — Chief Manager; Project Manager of the E-Learning Development Center of Information and Analytical Center JSC.
In 2016— he became the Chief Specialist of the Department of Methodology for the Provision of Public Services of the NAO State Corporation Government for Citizens.
In 2016-2017, he was a project manager at the Center for Innovative Technologies "Orleu" LLP.
In 2017-2019, he was a project manager in the field of "Office of Project Managers, IT" of the central office of Transtelecom JSC.
In 2019-2020— he was the head of the project office of Tengri Lab LLP.
In 2020 — Acting Deputy Chairman of the Public Services Committee of the MDDIAI RK.
In 2020-2021 — Deputy Chairman of the Public Services Committee of the MDDIAI RK.
In 2021-2024 — Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "National Information Technologies".
In April 2024 — Vice Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry RK.
In 2024–2025 — Vice Minister of Digital Development and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From October 2025 to the present — Vice Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
