Adilbekova Tolkyn Alievna

Ethics Commissioner of Atyrau Department of State Property and Privatization of SPP of MF RK

Adilbekova Tolkyn Alievna, was born on September 9 in the village of Tomenaryk, Zhanakorgan district, Kyzylorda region.

In 2001 she graduated from the Kazakh State National University. Al-Farabi majoring in international relations.

In 2005 she graduated from the Karaganda University of Economics with a degree in economics.

In 2022, she received a master's degree in public administration from the School of Sociology and Social Policy at Leeds University (UK). Winner of the international scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Bolashak."

She began her career in 12.07.2001-14.06.2002 as an editor of the 1st category of the publishing house of the Kazakh Research Institute of Culture and Art Studies of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

For 17.07.2002-02.11.2002 years she worked as acting chief specialist of the production control department of the Office for Excise Taxes on Petroleum Products and Energy Resources of the Committee for State Control over the Production and Turnover of Excisable Products of the Ministry of State Revenue of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

04.11.2002-29.06.2003 worked as the chief specialist of the inspection department of the Department of organizational and inspection work of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

For 30.06.2003-21.12.2004 years she worked as the chief specialist of the department of organizational and inspection work of the Department of Organizational and Inspection Work of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

22.12.2004-02.08.2005 worked as the chief specialist of the department of organizational and inspection work of the Department of organizational and inspection work of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

03.08.2005-31.05.2008 worked as the chief specialist of the department of organizational and personnel work of the Department of organizational and personnel work of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

01.06.2008-24.03.2010 worked as an expert of the Department of sale and post-privatization control of republican property, the first level of remuneration of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan was established.

For 25.03.2010-31.12.2021 worked as the chief expert of the Office for the Sale of Republican Property and Post-Privatization Control of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

01.01.2022-16.02.2025 worked as the chief expert of the Office for the Sale of Republican Property and Post-Privatization Control of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From February 17, 2025, she was appointed deputy head of the Atyrau Department of State Property and Privatization of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
