Biography
Appointed by order of the Baikonyr Department of State Property and Privatization of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 24-P of 26.06.2017.
Syrlybayev Almaz Rakashevich was born on March 14, 1976 in the city of Leninsk, Kyzylorda region.
Trained as a lawyer. He graduated from the Kazakh State Law University.
He began his career from 1999 to 2005 as a controller of the State Unitary Enterprise PEO Baikonurenergo, Baikonur.
From October 7 to December 20, 2005 he worked as acting chief specialist - lawyer in the Baikonyr Territorial Committee of State Property and Privatization. Baikonur.
From December 20, 2005 to July 1, 2008 he worked as a chief specialist in the Baikonyr Territorial Committee of State Property and Privatization. Baikonur.
From July 1, 2008 to August 15, 2014 he worked as a chief specialist in the Baikonyr Department of State Property and Privatization. Baikonur.
From August 15, 2014 to the present, he has been working as the head of the department for ensuring the activities of the Baikonyr Department of State Property and Privatization of Baikonur city.
