Kozhanov Dulat Hamidulauly

Appointed by Order of the State Institution "North Kazakhstan Department of State Property and Privatization of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" No. 160 dated August 08, 2025.

Kozhanov Dulat Khamidulovich, born on July 15, 1971, higher education. In 2001, he graduated from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in Law and in 1995 from the Akmola Financial and Economic College with a degree in Finance. He has been working in the system of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan for more than 8 years. From 08/07/2025 to the present – Deputy Head of the North Kazakhstan Department of State Property and Privatization of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance.
