Head of the North Kazakhstan Department of State Property and Privatization of SPPC of MF RK
Biography
He began his career on January 15, 1998, in the State Revenue System of the Republic of Kazakhstan, serving in the Tax Police Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He worked as the head of the Department of Standardization, Metrology, and Certification of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan and as the head of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He then spent many years in management positions in the quasi-public sector, including as General Director of Capital Logistics LLP JSC Investment Fund of Kazakhstan JSC NUK Baiterek, Deputy Chairman of the Board – Member of the Board of JSC SPC Shymkent and JSC SPC Turkestan.
From July 11, 2024, to July 27, 2025, he served as Deputy Head of the North Kazakhstan Department of State Property and Privatization of the Committee for State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From July 25, 2025 to present - Head of the North Kazakhstan Department of State Property and Privatization of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
