Zharylasymuly Rauan, born in 25.01.1989, a native of Almaty region, Aksu district, the village of Zhansugurova. Kazakh by nationality. He has a higher education. In 2011 he graduated from the Kazakh Economic University named after T. Ryskulov, with a degree in Finance, and in 2017 he graduated from the Taraz Innovative Humanitarian University, with a degree in jurisprudence.
