Sarypbekov Kanat Nurgalievich was born on May 13, 1974, has a higher education - international economic relations, specializing in economics (International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H.A. Yasavi, 1995-1999)
He began his career in July 1995. Total experience 26 years.
From July 1995 to August 1996 he worked as a supplier of the Parasat peasant farm. From August 1996 to August 1999, continuous service in the internal affairs bodies of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the South Kazakhstan region.
