Appointed by order of the State Property and Privatization Department for the Abai Region of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 18-L dated September 26, 2022.
Nurlan Rysbekovich Akshekin was born on June 23, 1963, in the village of Sarzhal, Abai District, Semipalatinsk Region.
He graduated from the Mining Faculty of the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute named after V. I. Lenin.
He began his career in 1980 as an apprentice assistant foreman at the Semipalatinsk Woolen Cloth Association.
