Shertaev Kurmangazy Rahimzhanovich

Career
Kurmangazy Rahimzhanovich Shertaev was born on August 22, 1989 in the village of Krasnaya Zvezda, Bayzak district, Zhambyl region.
- Graduated from secondary school No. 14 named after M.Makatayev in Taraz in 2005.
-In 2005-2009 he studied at Zhambyl Polytechnic College with a degree in Information Systems and Software
. In 2009-2012 he studied at M.H. Dulati Taraz State University and graduated with a degree in Information Systems
In 2015-2018, he studied at the Innovative Humanitarian University of Taraz, receiving a bachelor's degree in Law.

He started his career in 2011 as an operator on the basis of special medical equipment of the Zhambyl region Health Department.
On 14.07.2011, he worked as a specialist in the Zhambyl branch of Bi-Logistics JSC.
On 23.07.2015, he was appointed Chief Specialist of the HR and Legal Support Department at the Zhambyl Department of State Property and Privatization.
On September 14, 2020, he was transferred to the position of Chief Specialist of the Asset Management Department of the Zhambyl Department of State Property and Privatization.
On 03/07/2024, he was appointed Head of the Asset Management Department of the Zhambyl Department of State Property and Privatization.
Since 07/30/2025, he has been appointed Deputy Head of the Zhambyl Department of State Property and Privatization of the KGIP of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
