Biography
Appointed by the order of the State Institution "Karaganda Department of State Property and Privatization of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" No. 40-w/k dated 08/04/2025.
Ainur Kairgazievna Rakhmetova was born in 1976 in the Makanchi district of the Semipalatinsk region.
Nationality – Kazakh.
She has 2 higher educations, graduated from Almaty State University named after Abai Kunanbayev with a degree in Oriental Studies and Karaganda University of Economics "KazPotebSoyuz" with a degree in jurisprudence.
Work experience in the system of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan is 20 years.
She started her career in 1998 as an English teacher at a secondary school in the Urjar district of the Abai region.
On April 12, 2010, she was hired as the Chief specialist of the Department for Work with Legal Entities of the Karaganda Department of State Property and Privatization of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On August 24, 2010, she was transferred to the HR and Legal Department and worked as a chief specialist until December 08, 2022.
On December 09, 2022, she was appointed Head of the HR and Legal Department. Currently, he is the head of the Department of Personnel and Legal Work of the Karaganda Department of State Property and Privatization of the KGIP of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
