Biography
In 2005 he graduated from Karaganda State University named after E.A. Buketov with a degree in Jurisprudence, in 2008 - Karaganda University of Economics with a master's degree in jurisprudence.
He began his career in 2006. Until 2015, he worked in the prosecutor's office of the Karaganda region and the city of Astana. Also in the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he held the position of head of the Department for Supervision over the Application of Laws on Entrepreneurship.
He has extensive experience in the field of entrepreneurship, worked in senior positions in private companies.
From 2021 to 2023, he held the position of Managing Director of NPP RK Atameken. Concurrently, he was the head of the office of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan.

Social activities:
President of the Federation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for judo wrestling among athletes with hearing impairment (severe).
Since 2023 - Vice President of the National Deaflympic Committee.
Member of the political party "Republic." He is a candidate for deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the party - 2023.
