    Biography

    Tanzharikov Berik Kuanyshevich, born on December 28, 1990 in the Mendykarinsky district of the Kostanay region, has a higher education.
    Graduated from the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov, specializing in "construction", Master of Technical Sciences.

    He began his career in April 2011 as a site foreman at Fire Safeti Engineering LLP. Until July 2015, he worked as a construction site foreman, engineer, deputy director, and foreman in private construction companies in Astana, including the BI Group holding.
    From July 2015 to October 2019, he held the position of deputy, then head of the department of state architectural and construction control of the Akimat of Kostanay region.

    1. Ensures:
    - the timely, high-quality, and complete implementation of state policy and regional programs in the areas of construction, housing and utilities, energy, water supply, heat supply, gas supply, landscaping and landscaping, industry, transport, highways, telecommunications, urban planning, architecture, architectural and construction supervision in the Kostanay region, fisheries, natural resources and nature management, and water use and protection;

    - Implementation of state architectural and construction control and supervision of the quality of construction projects, and state control in the management of the housing stock;
    - work to preserve the biological diversity of flora and fauna, ensure forest protection, improve environmental quality, efficiently use and protect water bodies, land reclamation, and irrigation;
    - work on the prevention and response to natural and man-made emergencies.

    3. Coordinates:
    - interaction between territorial agencies in the implementation of programs and integrated measures in the areas of construction, housing and utilities, energy, water supply, heat supply, gas supply, landscaping and greening, industry, transport, highways, telecommunications, urban planning, architecture, architectural and construction supervision, fisheries, natural resources and environmental management, and water use and protection;
    - interaction with quasi-public sector organizations, business entities, international and public organizations, foundations, and other enterprises within the scope of assigned powers;
    - interdepartmental cooperation in the prevention and response to natural and man-made emergencies.

    4. Manages:
    - structural divisions of the Akimat implementing work in the areas of construction, housing and utilities, energy, water supply, heat supply, gas supply, landscaping and landscaping, industry, transport, highways, telecommunications, urban planning, architecture, architectural and construction supervision, fisheries, natural resources and environmental management, and water use and protection.
