Narymbetov Bakytzhan Haberovich

Narymbetov Bak ytzhan Haberovich, born on August 4, 1986 in the city of Uralsk, has a higher education.

Graduated from the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, majoring in political science, Master of Social Sciences.

1. Ensures:

the timely, high-quality, and complete implementation of state policy and regional programs in the areas of domestic policy (social development), culture, information, education, science, sports, youth policy, religion, and language development in the Kostanay region;
- the timely, high-quality, and complete implementation of acts and instructions of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the State Counselor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Executive Office of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and acts and instructions of the Akim and Akimat of Kostanay region;
- interaction with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Executive Office of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, central government bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and their territorial divisions, and other government bodies and institutions;
- coordination of draft laws, government decrees, orders of the Prime Minister, acts of the President, appeals, cassation appeals, and private complaints in areas of responsibility.

2. Organizes:

work to ensure socio-political stability, interethnic and interfaith harmony, support and development of civil society institutions and non-governmental organizations, and enhance competitiveness and the information space;
- work to provide high-quality cultural services;
- work to implement state policy in the fields of science, preschool, secondary, technical and vocational, inclusive, and supplementary education;
- work to develop physical education and sports, and to attract the population to physical education and sports;
- work to protect the rights and legitimate interests of young people, to involve them in the socio-economic and socio-political life of the country, and to foster a sense of Kazakhstani patriotism in young people;
- work to study the processes taking place in the sphere of realization of citizens' rights to freedom of religious belief and the activities of religious associations, spiritual educational organizations, and missionaries;
- work to develop the state and other languages, create a tolerant linguistic environment, and implement state policy in the field of propaganda and the use of state symbols.

3. Coordinates:
- interaction between territorial bodies in the implementation of programs and comprehensive activities in the areas of domestic policy (social development), culture, information, education, science, sports, youth policy, religion, and language development;
- interaction with quasi-public sector organizations, business entities, international and public organizations, foundations, and other enterprises within the scope of assigned powers.

4. Manages:
- the Secretariat of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan of Kostanay Region;
- structural subdivisions of the Akimat implementing work in the areas of domestic policy (social development), culture, information, education, science, sports, youth policy, religion, and language development;
- oversees the work of the regional conscription commission.

5. Heads territorial consultative and coordinating councils and commissions (within the scope of assigned powers).
