Sandybayev Murat Mirtayevich

Murat Sandybayev was born on December 15, 1988 in Uzunkol area, Kostanay region.

He has got two diplomas.

1. Ensures:
- the timely, high-quality, and complete implementation of state policy and regional programs in the areas of digitalization, informatization, information security, archiving, provision of public services by local executive bodies, and e-government in the Kostanay region, as well as the functioning of the Office of the Akim of the Kostanay region;
- the timely, high-quality, and complete implementation of acts and instructions of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the State Advisor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Office of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and acts and instructions of the Akim and Akimat of the Kostanay region;
- interaction with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Office of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, central government bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and their territorial divisions, and other government bodies and institutions;
- coordination of draft laws, government decrees, orders of the Prime Minister, presidential decrees, appeals, cassation appeals, and private complaints in areas of responsibility.

2. Organizes:
- work to ensure conditions for the development and implementation of modern information and communication technologies in key sectors of the economy, the provision of high-quality public services, and the development of project management;
- the work of the Akimat's structural divisions ensuring the stable functioning of the Akim's Office of the Kostanay Region.

3. Coordinates:
- the interaction of territorial bodies in the implementation of programs and comprehensive measures in the areas of digitalization, informatization, information security, archiving, and the provision of public services;
- interaction with quasi-public sector organizations, business entities, international and public organizations, foundations, and other enterprises within the scope of assigned powers.

4. Manages:
- the Akimat's structural divisions ensuring the stable functioning of the Akim's Office, as well as those working in the areas of digitalization, informatization, information security, archiving, and the provision of public services.

5. Heads territorial advisory and coordinating councils and commissions (within the framework of assigned powers).
