Biography
Abzal Nukenov was born on July 21, 1978, in the Zhetisu region. He graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and holds a PhD in political science.
He began his career in 2000. He worked in the Almaty City Department of Domestic Policy and served as Deputy Akim of the Auezov District.
Over the years, he headed the Security Council's Situation Center, served as Vice Minister for Religious Affairs and Civil Society, Deputy Akim of the Karaganda Region, and held senior positions in the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He currently serves as Head of the Domestic Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
